HIGH SCHOOL

In the 9th & 10th grade Confirmation classes, students meet and discuss with the rabbi and other teachers the significance of Confirmation and the obligations that are part of reaching this stage in Jewish life. They are given opportunities to explore what it means to be a Jew, as well as to study the concepts that are central to Jewish belief: God, Torah, and Israel.

Our 11th and 12th graders attend a combined Post-Confirmation class. This class is specifically structured around the needs and interests of the students. They study Jewish texts and current events, participate in social action projects, and explore Jewish life outside the synagogue.
